Cancellation & Refund Policy: We are totally committed for providing the highest value to you for the investment you have made in our Programs/Workshops/One to One sessions/Seminars. This policy may change from time to time. You agree for such changes. We reserve the right to cancel a program at any time. If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund of seminar fees. If We Reschedule/ Postpones a Program your payment will be transferred to the new scheduled dates.

Fees and Payments: All fees and payments once paid non-refundable, but are transferrable to any other of our future Programs/Workshops/One to One sessions/Seminars at our sole discretion. As long as the services/products for which the payment is made is/are not utilized. 

Refunds: Are only available for up to 48 hours before your Program/Workshop/One to One session/Seminar that you have enrolled for begins. Non-refundable credit toward our future Programs/Workshops/One to One sessions/Seminars is available if you give us prior notice between seven and one day(s) before your Programs/Workshops/One to One sessions/Seminars begins. Credit may be applied to any programs/Workshops/One to One sessions/Seminars for 6 months following date of cancellation. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the day of or after your Program/Workshops/One to One sessions/Seminars scheduled date; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a Programs/Workshops/One to One sessions/Seminars and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content and the entire fee collected will be forfeited. The results of our Programs/Workshops/One to One sessions/Seminars may vary from case to case and person to person basis. We do not offer Money back Guarantee.

Payment Plans: We offer the option of payment plans for some of our Programs/Workshops/One to One sessions/Seminars. All payment plans have to be approved by us and completely paid in full before the Programs/Workshops/One to One sessions/Seminars you have enrolled for begins. If a payment plan is incomplete or unpaid we reserve the right to not give you access to the Programs/Workshops/One to One sessions/Seminars until the balance is paid in full.

INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

MINOR'S PRIVACY: Our primary audience are adults. We do not intend to and will not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 10; children under the age of 10 are prohibited from using the Site without parent/guardian supervision. If your parent or guardian has not read and agreed to this policy, you will not have permission to use the Site and the Services. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will remove and erase that information immediately and delete it from our servers (subject to applicable law and this Privacy Policy).
